- Participate in monthly workshops in creative leadership, inclusive practices, advocacy, and leading community engagement programs.
- Act as consultants and advocates who bring different perspectives, and shape the direction, culture, and vision of Canberra Youth Theatre.
- Develop skills in mentoring and workshop facilitation, leading to further opportunities across the company.
